I know over the years a lot of people have tried to tell you what to do, especially when it comes to food. You’ve had a lot of voices in your head to sort out… to try to decide who is giving you the best information. What I mostly hope to accomplish with my work is to teach you how to start to listen to the voice you can learn the most from… your own.

Practicing mindfulness means you are paying attention, using all of your senses to be fully present, without judgement. Couldn't we all benefit from reducing the volume of that inner critic?!
